Administered payroll for a staff of 12 employees, Accounts Receivable for all Graduate-Level products, and Accounts Payable for Center Operations. Hired, trained and supervised center service staff, Marketing Managers and Medical Program Managers.

Developed quarterly marketing plans to meet lead and revenue goals. Directly responsible for 17% growth in Newark Kaplan Center’s Graduate and Pre-College programs’ revenue in 2005, and 16.3% in 2006; as well as 30% in Washington, DC Kaplan Center’s MCAT programs’ revenue in 2007. 2007 recipient of Kaplan’s Business Developer of the Year award.
